— Before you request

• Our resort does NOT allow refurbished school/greyhound buses, truck campers, pop-ups/pop-outs campers, hybrid pop-ups/pop-outs, or tent camping.
• For RVs we allow temporary stays and rentals only. No RV reservations, rentals, or continuous stay may exceed six months. RV guests are not permitted to establish permanent residency on the property. All stays are considered transient in nature and are subject to approval, availability, and the resort's rules and policies (see our Resort Guidelines and Cancellation Policy). Management reserves the right to decline, limit, or end any reservation that would cause a guest's stay to exceed six months.
• We impose a convenience fee of 3% on any payments made with a credit card. (We do not apply a fee to purchases made with cash and debit cards.)
• To provide a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere for our winter guests, the RV park operates as an adult-only community during Snowbird Season, December 1st – March 1st. Grandchildren are always welcome to visit while you are staying with us during Snowbird Season for short-term stays only; extended stays are not permitted.
