Yes, we allow dog fences on your patio area only, with the following guidelines: 

• The fence should not exceed 6 feet by 6 feet in size.

You are allowed 1 to 2 vehicles, depending on the type of site you have reserved. Please check your specific site details or contact our office for clarification regarding vehicle limits. We strive to accommodate our guests while ensuring safety and convenience throughout the resort. If you have any further questions or need assistance, our staff is here to help. 

No, we do not provide grills at our sites. Additionally, we kindly request that guests refrain from placing grills, cooktops, or any hot items on our vinyl-wrapped picnic tables. This helps us maintain the quality and appearance of our amenities for everyone’s enjoyment. If you have any questions about alternative cooking arrangements or local grilling options, please feel free to ask our staff for recommendations. 

No, we do not allow wood-burning fire pits, solo stoves or any types of fireworks at our resort. We permit only propane-fueled fire pits and solar powered tiki torches for safety and environmental reasons. This helps us maintain a clean and safe environment for all our guests to enjoy.  

Ace Hardware just across the bridge, and Tractor Supply is 5 miles away close to Walmart and Target. 

Yes, you are welcome to wash your RV at our resort. Please note that there is a fee associated with washing. Additionally, for your convenience, there are RV wash companies available that can come directly to your site to wash your RV. If you need recommendations for RV wash companies, this information is inside the packet you receive at check in.  

Please place outgoing mail in the office. Our staff will ensure it is collected and sent out promptly for you. If you have any specific instructions or need assistance with postage, feel free to ask our office staff for help. 

Yes, you can receive packages while staying at our RV Resort. Please provide the following address for deliveries: 

13770 River Road, Pensacola, Florida 32507.  Please make sure your name is on the package. 

Our office staff will accept and hold packages for you until you are ready to pick them up. If you have any specific delivery instructions or need assistance with receiving packages, please feel free to contact our office for further assistance. 

Yes, our pool is heated for your comfort. Additionally, during the summer months, the pool is cooled to ensure a refreshing experience even on warmer days. We strive to maintain enjoyable swimming conditions year-round for our guests’ relaxation and enjoyment. 

 You may set your trash out at the end of your site in the gravel area only in the morning hours between 6:00 am and 10:30 am. All other trash will need to be taken to the dumpster located at the entrance of the park.  

No, placing tents on RV sites or our beach area is not permitted. We prioritize maintaining the quality and appearance of our grounds for all guests. If you require additional space or accommodations, please contact our staff for alternative options that may better suit your needs. We’re here to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable within our resort guidelines. 

Yes, you are permitted to place a rug specifically on the concrete patio area of your RV site. This helps maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the site while still allowing you to personalize and enhance your outdoor space. Please ensure that the rug is suitable for outdoor use and does not obstruct pathways or create any safety hazards. If you have any questions about specific guidelines or recommendations for rugs, our staff will be happy to assist you.  

There is a sidewalk between sites 8 and 9 that will take you to the sitting beach or marina.

We do not allow fishing off the piers. 

Our beach is not designated for swimming due to the presence of marina deep water slips and regular boat traffic. For your safety, we recommend enjoying swimming at nearby Gulf beaches, which are easily accessible and offer safe, designated swimming areas. Our friendly staff can provide directions and recommendations for the best local swimming spots. 

You may park your boat trailer on your site or at the exit there will be additional parking for additional vehicles and trailers.
