Condo Features:

• Spacious Layout: Our condos are designed with ample space for your comfort, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
• Fully Furnished: Each condo comes fully equipped with everything you need, including bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, dishes, glasses, coffee cups, a drip coffee maker, pots and pans, and a washer and dryer.
• Smoke-Free Environment: All townhomes are smoke-free to ensure a clean and healthy living space.

Important Information:

• Maximum Capacity: Each condo can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.
• Cleaning Fees: A cleaning fee of $175 applies for stays up to 2 weeks. For reservations longer than 2 weeks, the cleaning fee is $225.
• Pet Policy: No pets are allowed unless prior approval is obtained.
• Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
• Rates: Rates are subject to change without notice and do not include the 12.5% tax.
• Payment Convenience Fee: A convenience fee of 3% applies to credit card payments. No fee is charged for cash or debit card payments.

Please be aware that you are renting a private vacation home, which differs from staying in a hotel. For your convenience, upon arrival, you will find the townhome supplied with:

• 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 1 pod of dishwasher detergent
• Hand soap in each bathroom

These supplies are provided as a starter amount for your convenience. Guests are responsible for additional supplies once they are used up. Please be prepared by either bringing your own or adding it to your shopping list.
