An event every week that begins at 8:30am on Monday and Thursday, repeating until March 23, 2018
Meet in the activity room @ 8:30 for warm ups (optional) an exercise mat or towel is recommended. We will start the walk @ 9:00 from the clubhouse. There will be a yoga workout set up on the TV if you want an alternative to the walk.
Sign up on the board for the number of wings that you would like. The cost will be 50 cents per wing. Please bring your place setting and beverage. Correct change is appreciated. Carrots, celery and dip will be provided.
