Yoga or Water Aerobics

An event every week that begins at 10:00am on Tuesday and Friday, repeating until March 30, 2018

If the weather permits we will have water aerobics.  Bring a noodle if you have one.  Otherwise there will be a Yoga session in the activity room.  Bring your mat, strap and towel or blanket.  We will send out an email notification.
