Deposit Amounts/Cancellation Policy
Deposit Amounts:
Daily / Weekly Reservation: One night + tax per week or partial week of reservation.
Monthly Reservation: Marina Slip is $200 per month of reservation.
RV Site is $400 per month of reservation.
Townhome is $600 per month of reservation.
* We impose a convenience fee of 3% on any payments made with a credit card.
(We do not apply a fee to purchases made with cash and debit cards.)
*** ALL Deposits are non-refundable for a Reservation containing any Special Rated/Holiday Period Date ***
Cancellation Policy
All Cancellations are subject to a fee as follows:

BOAT SLIP:
Daily Reservation: There is a $35 fee if you cancel PRIOR to 7 days before start of reservation.
(If you cancel within the 7-day period you will LOSE your FULL Deposit.)
Weekly Reservation: There is a $50 per week fee – must cancel PRIOR to 7 days before start of reservation.
(If you cancel within the 7-day window you will LOSE your FULL Deposit.)
Monthly Reservation: There is a $100 per month fee if you cancel PRIOR to 30 days before the start of your reservation.
(If you cancel within the 30 days you will LOSE your FULL Deposit.)
RV:
Daily Reservation: There is a $35 fee if you cancel PRIOR to 7 days before start of reservation.
(If you cancel within the 7-day period you will LOSE your FULL Deposit.)
Weekly Reservation: There is a $50 per week fee – must cancel PRIOR to 7 days before start of reservation.
(If you cancel within the 7-day window you will LOSE your FULL Deposit.)
Monthly Reservation: There is a $200 per month fee if you cancel PRIOR to 30 days before the start of your reservation.
(If you cancel within the 30 days you will LOSE your FULL Deposit.)
IF YOU CANCEL A RESERVATION FOR A WEEK PLUS ADDITIONAL DAYS YOU WILL LOSE 50.00 FOR THE WEEK AND 35.00 ON THE DAILY RESERVATION. DO NOT COUNT YOUR ARRIVAL DATE AS PART OF THE 7 DAYS.
(EXAMPLE: reservation is on a Monday must cancel the previous Sunday or before to receive any portion of your deposit.)
TOWNHOMES:
Daily Reservation: There is a $100 fee – if you cancel prior to 7 days before start of reservation.
(If you cancel within the 7-day period you will LOSE your FULL Deposit.)
Weekly Reservation: There is a $150 per week fee – If you cancel prior to 7 days before start of reservation.
(If you cancel within the 7-day window you will LOSE your FULL Deposit.)
Monthly Reservation: There is a $300 per month fee – If you cancel 30 days prior to start of reservation.
(If you cancel within the 30 days you will LOSE your FULL Deposit.)
* You will lose your FULL deposit if you cancel within the 7 day (daily or weekly) or 30 days (for a monthly reservation) above.
DO NOT COUNT YOR ARRIVAL DATE as part of 7 days.
WEATHER POLICY:
SINCE WE ARE UNABLE TO CONTROL MOTHER NATURE, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS DUE TO WEATHER. IN THE EVENT OF A MANDITORY EVACUATION FOR OUR AREA AND YOU CHOOSE TO DEPART WE WILL APPLY THE REMAINING CREDIT FOR A FUTURE STAY.
NO REFUND POLICY:
Plan your stay accordingly NO REFUNDS after check in. NO REFUNDS FOR VOLUNTARY DEPARTURE OR EVICTIONS.
Late Arrival
After 5 PM. Your “late arrival” paperwork will be in the late arrival box outside of the clubhouse. It will have everything you need for your first night. If you have any questions, please call the office for more details.
Discounts
We are happy to give a 10% discount on up to six nights (non-holiday) to Good Sam members and active Military / Military Veterans on RV sites ONLY. We do not discount townhome or boat slips. We do not discount weekly/monthly RV site rates as they are already discounted. NO DISCOUNTS AFTER CHECK IN- YOU MUST PROVIDE THE DISCOUNT AT CHECK IN OR IT WILL NOT BE HONORED.
